Start your dog’s journey
What to expect from this process. Here at Chasing Tails™ Dog Behaviourists, we know dogs. We understand breed-specific instincts, and we understand the needs of dog owners and what’s needed to satisfy both the dog’s and the owner’s needs to help them live in harmony. Through a combination of decades of dog ownership and canine psychology, we take you through a detailed step-by-step questionnaire about all aspects of your dog’s health, environment, feeding routine and exercise pattern and we ask about the problems you have with your dog’s behaviour.
Once you have completed the questionnaire and made a one-off payment of $30, your answers are sent to one of our experienced behaviourists for analysis. At this point, we may contact you further by email if there is anything we feel may need to be expanded upon before compiling a unique and bespoke report for you and your dog.
Let’s not pull any punches – there are no “silver bullet” solutions to remedial action. It will take time and effort on your part to work with your pet towards a more harmonious relationship, following a detailed plan of action, but the rewards will be significant, and your dog will appreciate your efforts!
- Complete the questionnaire, giving as much detail as possible in all areas. The questionnaire may take up to 30 minutes to complete.
- Make a payment of $30 via our secure credit card payment provider.
- One of our Dog Behaviourists will analyse your responses in detail before compiling a report bespoke to your pet and your answers to our questions.
- The report will detail an action plan for you to follow.
- We offer follow-up support by email for 12 months should you need it.
